IMPORTANT DOWNLOAD INFORMATION - To download PDF version of the book you must do the following:

Go through the same steps to order the download version as you would to order the hard copy version.  After you click on checkout, you will go the “Ship to” page.  Enter all the required information. The next click takes you to the “bill to” page.  Check “same as” box or enter information if different.

When you click submit this takes you to the Pay Pal page where you can enter your payment information.  You may pay through your pay pal account or by credit card.  When complete click on orange box under the information to review your order & payment information. 

On the next page after reviewing your billing information to make sure it is correct click on “pay now” in the orange box.

The next page thanks you for your order.  At the bottom of the page is another orange box which says “click here to complete your order.”  After you click this  box you will automatically return to the website check out page where you must activate your download  and can print a receipt.  At the bottom lower right in small letters it says “Downloads”.  Directly under that is a bullet that says “ABC’s of Making Money in the Pizza Business”.   When you roll the cursor over this the “hand” comes up. Click on this.  It will take a few minutes but the PDF will come up.  You may print it or save it to a file.

Processing Time

Review for accuracy and payment verification can take from one to three days.  The order for items being shipped will then be processed and shipped within 24 hours.   As soon as payment is verified downloads will take place.
